Accounting Principals is assisting our Livingston, NJ client in their search for a temp to perm Payroll Specialist.  This will be an onsite position.

Job Description:

  • Processing weekly and biweekly payroll
  • Processing for hourly and salaries employees
  • Processing for 250+ employees across five locations
  • Assisting employees with inquiries regarding payroll
  • Processing garnishments
  • Ad hoc projects as requested by Accounting Manager
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented
