Ajilon/Accounting Principals has partnered with a local Manufacturing Company to help them find a Human Resources Manager!  This is a direct hire role that will report onsite to their Lancaster, PA facility!

Ideal Candidates will have at least 5+ years’ experience of progressive human resource experience and the ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams and departments. Qualified candidates apply online today! 

  • This role will be a point of contact for internal and external customers to the Human Resources department.
  • Organize and execute employee events
  • Assist managers with daily operations such as coaching, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, separations and other issues that might be highly sensitive and complex in nature.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Submits on-line investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
  • Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Prepares new-employee files and documents
  • Ensure the safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements
  • Assist with employee queries, employee recognition distribution and creation of documents
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+  years of relevant progressive Human Resources experience, including related experience in a consultative role with proven ability to meet client expectations and deliver results
  • Prior experience coaching senior management is essential, with demonstrated program development expertise
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organization development, employee relations, and/or training and development
  • Working knowledge of PA and NJ regulations and employment law preferred
