Accounting Principals is hiring for a Human Resources Assistant for a growing company in Orlando, FL. This is a contract, hybrid (remote/onsite) opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with onboarding processes including creating/administering offer letters and ensuring new hire documents are completed timely and accurately
  • Maintain hard and digital copies of employees' records
  • Assist with various HR related processes
  • Various administrative/clerical functions as needed (HRIS data entry, file maintenance, copying)
  •  

    Experience

     

  • One year of HR experience in an office/clerical role strongly preferred
  •  

    Skills/Knowledge

     

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication (written/verbal), time management and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor 
  •  

    Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
  •  

    Work Hours/Pay Rate:

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
  • $16-18/hr.
