Accounting Principals is hiring for a Human Resources Assistant for a growing company in Orlando, FL. This is a contract, hybrid (remote/onsite) opportunity.
Assist with onboarding processes including creating/administering offer letters and ensuring new hire documents are completed timely and accurately
Maintain hard and digital copies of employees' records
Assist with various HR related processes
Various administrative/clerical functions as needed (HRIS data entry, file maintenance, copying)
One year of HR experience in an office/clerical role strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Effective communication (written/verbal), time management and organizational skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
Work Hours/Pay Rate:
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
