We have a full time Human Resource Generalist opportunity with a custom service provider in the downtown Winter Garden, FL area. This position is open due to growth, and is vital for the overall administration of human resource functions for the corporate office to include the creation of processes and procedures and recruitment of in-house personnel.

Job Overview

  • Managing company staff, including coordinating, and supporting the recruitment process including creating and placing job posting
  • Conduct on-boarding newcomers to the company, including orientations
  • Serving as backup to the payroll processor and advise on compensation related matters
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
  • Conduct training on HR-related topics
  • Employee relations counseling and performance review
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Performing and administer compensation and benefits administration
  • Maintaining department records and reports, and employee files
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, including contract labor and employee turnover rates
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
