Duties:
Providing administrative support in a busy Human Resource department
Responsible for Family Medical Leave and other related HR issues
Assist with payroll duties, as needed
Requirements:
1-3 years prior experience working in an HR type role with knowledge of FMLA
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of MS Office products
Strong interpersonal skills
Strongly prefer individuals with previous experience using Paycom
