HR Administrative Assistant

Accounting Principals is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant with up to 1 year of experience. Our client, based in Rocklin, CA is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR auditing processes
  • Maintain HR Filing
  • Upload offer letters/contracts into ADP and maintain as necessary
  • I9 Documentation maintenance and compliance
  • Coordinate on-boarding functions including completing background check for new hires, sending out conditional offer letter
  • Create Employee file
  • Partner with HR Coordinator
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned
  • Assist with and provide support to assigned teams and location
  • Assist with employee on-boarding and I-9 paperwork
  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Organize team outings without required budget and assist with internal meeting and event coordination and set-up

  • Experience: 1 year of HR Administrative Assistant experience preferred 

    Employment type: Temp to hire

    Work hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week (M – F)
