Ajilon/Accounting Principals has been selected to support a client in Egg Harbor Township, NJ with their search of a Senior HR Generalist. This individual is responsible for supporting employees and managers with solution resolution, performance planning, and career development. The HR Manager will also be responsible for day to day functions of benefits administration, recruiting, and ensuring the organization’s actions are aligned to the policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and take initiative.
This position will report onsite to their facility.
The Senior HR Generalist Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the development and adoption of HR policies and procedures
Assist with employee relations issues including conflict resolution and counseling
Manage benefit administration, payroll, compensation review, succession planning, and recruiting efforts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
5+ years of experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning/facilitation ability, and flexibility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment. The ability to dive into the details will be critical for success.
