HR / Human Resource Generalist/HRIS job in Sacramento, CA
This Human Resources Generalist opportunity has a strong HRIS emphasis. We are looking for candidates with an HR background but are also very technically savvy and analytical with experience using reporting tools. This is a direct hire opportunity.
System administration of the primary HRIS (Workday); consisting of the following modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting
Work with Field HR to ensure data integrity through audits and proper timely documentation
Provide user support, process mapping/documentation and training for system enhancements and processing procedures
Assist with bi-annual releases
Offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity across various systems
Provide support for Learning Management and Performance Management systems
Complete additional projects as assigned
Coordinates with corporate human resources to address major employee relations issues
Leading the training and development of project personnel by identifying training, resources, and required support
Drives company core values of performance, teamwork, and integrity
Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Inter Personal Effectiveness: Ability to build rapport with both hourly employee base and management.
Task Prioritization: Able to prioritize effectively; understands necessity to complete high priority tasks.
Business Minded: Makes decisions incorporating both the needs of the employee and needs of the business; recommends balanced solutions to management.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience: 2-5 years experience
Computer Skills: Strong background utilizing reporting tools
