To support the local Northern California HR team with greeting employees, coordination of HR new hire orientation, contacting candidates to confirm new hire orientation dates, filing project with new hires, transfers, existing and storing of term files. Receive/sort mail and faxed documents. Assist HRBPs with coordination of meetings and trainings. Office area organization of paperwork, files, and maintenance of HR information. Maintain the HR calendar. Other duties as assigned.

M-F 8a-5p 

$20-$22 per hour
