If you have at least 2 years of experience in HR, this position may be the perfect fit for you! In this role, you will help to administer the benefits programs and assist with FMLA, STD, and LTD. The pay range for this position is $17-20/hr.
Administers employee benefits programs, reviews and approves benefit enrollments, and answers questions that the employees have regarding their benefits
Reconciles the benefit premium payments each month for all employees
Coordinate annual benefit enrollment
Administers FMLA, Personal Leave and Workers’ Compensation Leaves of Absence
Orders benefit enrollment materials, coordinates benefit correspondence, and schedules benefit meetings
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
2+ years handling FMLA/HR duties
Knowledge of Word and Excel required
