We are looking to support our client with an HR Admin/Payroll role. The Human Resource Admin/Payroll Assistant will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Human Resources team in the following capacities: onboarding paperwork, I9 compliance, adding new employees to the system and misc filing and scanning. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Put together onboarding paperwork packets
  • Ensure onboarding paperwork is complete
  • I9 verification
  • Acting as backup for payroll using ADP
Work Experience Tools/Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of previous human resource experience
  • Payroll experience using ADP preferred
  • Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
