Ajilon is currently seeking a Human Resource Administrator for a Manufacturing client in Mooresville, IN! This is a growing organization with an open minded culture. What you'll be doing:

  • Full cycle recruiting
  • Onboarding
  • Benefits
  • Establish and revise current policies
  • Update handbooks 
  • Training & Development
  • Employee relations 
  • Audits
  • Compliances
  • Stay up to date on hiring market, salaries, etc 
  • OSHA & other EHS 
  • Working w/ customer service on internal auditing – ISO certified, and keeping up with those records

    • Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm, with flexibility on hours some days.

    Pay: $40-45k
