HR Administrator

Ajilon is looking for an HR Administrator in Philadelphia, PA. This is a contract position with a well-established company. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of HR exposure, an interest in HR and the ability to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience within HR!


  • Assist with on-boarding new employees 
  • Create new employee files 
  • Handle confidential employee documents 
  • Various HR and clerical duties as assigned


  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Ability to start immediately 
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and communicate effectively 


  • 1+ years of HR experience.
