We are currently looking for an HR Admin in Lakeland, FL. This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity that is paying 17/hr. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of administrative experience.
Primarily answering phones, taking down information and routing to the right person usually sales
Professional phone etiquette and willingness to talk with customers, suppliers, and partners is required
Receptionist duties such as answering customer phone calls, ordering office supplies, clerical, and supporting various accounting, operations, and sales related projects as needed.
Excellent organizational skills, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to learn and work as a team.
Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong work ethic
Ability to work Mon - Fri (8 - 5 PM)
