Healthcare Call Center Customer Service Rep
Accounting Principals is actively seeking a Healthcare Call Center Customer Service Representative to support a small family owned company in Folsom, CA.

In this role, you will answer between 20 and 50 calls per day and entering data into a spreadsheet. You must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and be able to type 45 words per minute.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service/data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with programs and processes to support customer and client interactions such as multi-line call centers, live chat, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal communication skills in customer service and client relations.
Excellent written communication skills in customer service.
Proven ability to multi-task as shown in previous work experience.
Proven ability to critically assess data and employ critical thinking in the administration of tasks.
Typing 45+ WPM
