Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Contract Document Specialist for an expanding Oklahoma City based health insurance company. This is a temporary position that will last approximately 5 weeks. This role will be responsible for processing mail for the claims division.
Responsibilities will include retrieving time sensitive and confidential mail from post office, sort and scan to the correct recipient and processing outgoing mail. Additionally, there may be other administrative duties.
Able to work temporary position for approximately 5-6 weeks
Previous document management or mail clerk experience
Valid driver’s license with clear MVR record
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Professional in all communication
Able to manage files and scan documents using large complex printer/scanner
Minimum 1 years of related experience
Temporary – Approximately 5-6 weeks
$13.00 - $15 per hour
8:30 am to 5:00 pm
