Ajilon is seeking an analytical professional to join their Seattle, WA team. In this position you will proactively work with Customers and the Compliance team members to resolve funding and support and various aspects of bank account reconciliation .   • Remote: Office located out of Seattle but position can sit anywhere as long as they are willing to support West Coast hours
  • Mon-Fri, Standard business hours
  • $25+ based on experience
  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily funding Bank Account Reconciliations, addressing exception items timely.
  • Upload Banking Files as needed
  • Monitor Returned ACH Items and Notifications of Change and initiating Customer outreach to resolve.
  • Partner with team to document processes to ensure desktop procedures are in place for all major activities performed in the group.
  • Prepare Month End Funding Reports
  • Support audit requirement on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Perform operational processing, transactional research
  • Requirements:

  • 4+ years work experience in Treasury/Finance/Accounting administration or operations.
  • 2+ years work experience with data analysis, problem solving, research, general ledger
  • Strong Excel (pivot tables)
  • Has worked on the Corporate side (not consumer)
  • Previous experience working in accounting systems (i.e. NetSuite, GP, SAP, QuickBooks)- Plus
  • Salesforce (plus)
  • Wells Fargo Exp (Plus)
