Company is looking for an experienced individual with knowledge in general bookkeeping together with A/P, A/R, accounting reconciliations, reporting, etc.
Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to serve as a key member of our team
All areas of accounting (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger accounting)
Create and organize lien waivers, purchase orders and follow up on certificates of insurance.
Ensuring the office is well supplied and runs smoothly
1+ years of bookkeeping
Exposure to QuickBooks
