On the hunt for your next accounting opportunity? We’re working with an established business group in NE Portland to find a new Full Charge Bookkeeper to join the team. The right person for this role will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, as well as strong experience or a certification with QuickBooks.

This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to $52,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handled the day to day AP and AR duties for 4 small business in the Portland area
  • Assist with banking duties, including both remote and physical deposits
  • Handle reconciliations and month end close, and assist with preparation of financial statements
  • Backup payroll as needed
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
  • An associates in accounting or bookkeeping certification is preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a must
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
    Compensation: $50k - $52k per year DOE
