Full Charge Bookkeeper
Accounting Principals has partnered with a company in Cincinnati, OH who would like to bring on a full charge Bookkeeper to their team. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and be able to work independently. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience and responsibilities include maintaining business transactions, balancing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports. QuickBooks experience is a MUST have to be considered for this role.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Payroll using QuickBooks
General Ledger and Bank Reconciliations
Month End / Year End Accounting
Various reporting on a regular basis
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Experience with QuickBooks is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience handling bookkeeping duties for multiple entities is highly preferred.
