Accounting Principals is actively recruiting a versatile Full-Charge Bookkeeper for a company in Noblesville. The position focuses on full financial accounting and controllership and daily financial maintenance tasks in additional to add administrative tasks.  Interested candidates should be flexible in schedule as ONE Saturday a month will be required during the summer busy season. Compensation for this position is $50,000.  


  • Review, approve, and process invoices
  • Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Support
  • Reconcile vendor statements, and research discrepancies
  • Bank Reconciliations/Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end close process
  • Work closely with local CPA firm on taxes and audits
  • Post journal entries to general ledger and perform account reconciliation
  • Responsible for producing periodic financial reports and status updates
  • Following and contributing new ideas to our bookkeeping best practices
  • Administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, faxing
  • Other miscellaneous projects as assigned
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
  • Software experience favored, QuickBooks and ADP
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent communications skills
