Accounting Principals is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support an exciting venture in military commerce. Military equipment has to come from somewhere, and through your exemplary management of this companies accounts, you will contribute to world peace by providing cleverly organized back-end reconciliations for bank transactions.
Responsibilities:
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Debit and credit general ledger entries.
Weekly accountability checks for trade and non trade third party vendors.
Proofs invoice items, discounts, freights, prices and receiving signatures with third party vendors.
Notates invoices that have errors.
Notates and completes advance payment transactions.
Qualifications:
Computer experience: Quantum, Excel, Word processing programs.
Understands manufacturing and inventories accounting.
Data entry.
Experience with general ledgers.
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
