Currently seeking a full charge Bookkeeper for a fun company in Encino.
You would have full cycle AP/AR duties, insurance, account analysis and work with the Accounting department.
Responsibilities of a Full Charge Bookkeeper:
• Bank reconciliations
• Financial statement prep-should be able to understand what they are doing and looking at
• Payroll prep and payroll processing in QB
• Ability to manage different clients and their processes
•Intermediate to advance excel- reporting, formulas and formatting
•Aleast 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
•Experience in full cycle AP/AR
