Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Temp to Hire Front Desk/Receptionist in Tulsa, OK who will be responsible for greeting vendors, clients, applicants, and visitors in person and by phone.  Additionally, the candidate may assist other office staff with administrative duties, billing and special projects. Ideal candidates will have strong MS experience with Dynamics GP.

Responsibilities include:

Greet visitors and answer multi phone lines

Determine needs of callers and guest to connect them to right associate

Assist with billing as needed

Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and data bases

Assist in scheduling and planning

Process incoming and outgoing mail

 

Qualifications include:

Previous reception or administrative experience

Microsoft Dynamics GP experience highly preferred

 

Skills:

Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word

Good typing skills

Able to communicate professionally both oral and written

 

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of related experience

Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire

Compensation:

$15-$17/hr depending on experience

Work Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
