A fast growing hospitality company in the Hollywood Beach area is looking to hire three Front Desk Receptionist to their team! The perfect candidate for the role would be a self-starter and a team player with a positive attitude. The person in this role would be greeting clients, answering phones, coordinating meetings, and sending correspondence. They are looking to bring someone on immediately.This position pays $12-14/hr. and is a long-term contract role.
Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all phones and greet clients
- Coordinate and execute all administrative tasks and duties under general supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record for being a strong team player
- Assist as needed with daily correspondences.
- Coordinate meetings, luncheons, travel plans and engagements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience required
- Able to handle multiple projects
- Bilingual is a HUGE plus
