Financial Associate Job Responsibilities:
Run, update, and maintain a variety of reports
Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
Prepare reconciliations bank accounts monthly
Process all customer related financial transactions
Provide analytical support for identification and notification of trends, and regulatory changes
Provide general office administration duties for processing new and existing clients
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of the financial statements
Collect client payments and post payments into company’s database
Participate in resolving client inquires and issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field is highly preferred
Two years of administrative experience in a service-based industry
Good customer service skills
Strong Analytical ability
Strong time management skills
Strong mathematical and computer skills
