Finance Specialist

Are you passionate about the finance world of investments, stocks, and bonds? Are you looking for an entry level position into that industry? If so, Accounting Principals is partnering with a company that is looking for a finance professional to join their team. You will need to have a background in customer service and professional communication skills since you will be coordinating with various internal team members. Any experience or knowledge of financial investments would be preferred, but more important than that is to be extremely organized and detailed since you will be working with time sensitive and important information. You will eventually work in a beautiful office in downtown Seattle, WA but for now, you can work from home. This is a temporary to hire position and when you are converted permanently, you will get great compensation benefits from the company.

Job duties:

  • Setting up new client accounts
  • Ensuring proper documents are in place and reaching out to complete files
  • Preparing client statements and reconciling trades
  • Coordinating meetings with advisors and clients
  • Additional projects as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • At least a year of professional work experience
  • Strong customer service skills and sense of urgency
  • High attention to detail and able to function with extreme accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
