Accounting Principals is searching for a temporary to hire entry level finance professional who is looking to get their foot in the door at a reputable finance company in the downtown Seattle, WA area. You will be starting off in an entry level role updating client accounts, contract management, and auditing client reports. In order to be considered, you must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Previous experience in the professional services or finance industry is preferred but it’s not a requirement. Since a lot of your communication will be to both external and internal teams, you must be able to be professional and have strong customer service. This opportunity will provide financial industry experience in a company where there is a chance to move into a variety of other positions. You will work with a supportive, collaborative team in a beautiful office space. You will also have a blend of remote work capability and in-office work.
Managing and corresponding with clients regarding account status or changes
Updating client accounts
Coordinating with internal teams to troubleshoot inquiries
Generating account statements and financial reports
Additional projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Professional communication skills
At least a year of customer service or professional office experience
