Finance Specialist

Accounting Principals is working with a large company in the Seattle, WA area to search for a temporary finance professional who has some experience in the professional services industry. You will be auditing financial documents and ensuring that client accounts are accurate. This position will include some internal communication and team collaboration. This is a remote role but the office in located in downtown Seattle, and the team is hoping to return to a hybrid schedule in the next few months so they are looking for someone local. It is preferred that the individual stepping into this job has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and at least a year of professional work experience. You will need to be able to navigate quickly between multiple software systems so it’s important that you are a quick learner and tech savvy. This role offers a quick interview process and a supportive team.


  • Reviewing and updating client accounts
  • Auditing client contracts and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Communicating with internal teams to gather client documents
  • Maintaining client documents electronically
  • Additional tasks as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • At least a year of professional work experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to navigate through different software systems daily
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
