Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the monthly invoicing of all grants and contracts in accordance with funder requirements.
  • Promotes timely payment from funders for accurate invoicing.
  • Assists in the development of the Annual Budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
  • Manage program and agency budgets to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of improvement and cost savings.
  • Based on financial forecasts, present scenarios and outcomes to management team.
  • Promote continual improvements in financial management against budgets.
  • Conduct monthly financial assessments with each Director and generate reports to be submitted to CFO and the senior management team as appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations across
  • Maintain private donations are distributed or spent based on requirements in grant.
  • Assist with compliance audits

    Professional Requirements:

  • Advanced quantitative analysis and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience in grants revenue and billing is essential for this position.
  • Experience monitoring contracts and financial agreements.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative for project completion.
  • Compensation: $97 – 107k

    Location: Currently Remote (San Francisco based organization)
