Managing client communications and requests
Reaching out to internal teams to execute account changes
Reconciling client statements to ensure accuracy
Review contracts and update reports
Additional projects as requested
Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
At least a year of professional work experience
Professional customer service and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
