Finance Associate

A company in the professional services industry is partnering with Accounting Principals to identify a professional candidate for their team. This is a temporary to hire role at a company in downtown Seattle, WA. You will be managing client inquiries and reaching out to internal teams to fulfill client requests. You must be able to communicate professional over the phone and via email. A lot of the work will be done in Microsoft Excel so you should have intermediate to advanced proficiency in it. This company is growing so this is a good opportunity to find a long-term fit where you can progress your career. In addition to a bachelor’s degree, it is preferred that the candidate stepping into this position have at least a year of professional work experience. This company is offering a blend of working from home and working onsite so you must be located close to their office in Seattle, WA.

Job Duties:

  • Managing client communications and requests
  • Reaching out to internal teams to execute account changes
  • Reconciling client statements to ensure accuracy
  • Review contracts and update reports
  • Additional projects as requested
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
  • At least a year of professional work experience
  • Professional customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
