Accounting Principals has partnered with our client in the San Jose area who is seeking a full-time finance specialist to help assist in day to day financials and accounting tasks. The team needs someone experience in bank reconciliations with experience as a junior accountant or finance specialist. · Partner with Director of Finance on day to day tasks and long-term projects
· Assisting in analyzing current and future budgets
· Accounts Payable invoice processing
· Analyzing the financials and reconciling accounts
· Bachelor of Finance or Accounting Degree
· Experience in Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations
· Strong MS Excel knowledge
· Experience with database management software like Raiser's Edge
· Sharp and eager to take on different tasks!
