Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Financial Analyst with 4 or more years of Analytical experience for a manufacturing and distribution company in Dublin, CA. This job is looking to pay up to 90K per year based on experience. This role entails being able to prepare, analyze and diagnose Financial Data. Responsibilities:

  • Handling the preparation of various Financial Reports, typically on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Preparing the month end close process.
  • Preparing schedules and reconciling General Ledger accounts.
  • Ability to review, understand and prepare Job Cost Reports.
  • Handling the annual Audit process, in collaboration with the external auditors.
  • Processing all documents associated with acquiring and preparing Land packages.
  • Overseeing the processing of Purchase Orders in the Land Development department.
  • Securing Land Development contracts.
  • Other accounting duties may be assigned
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • At least 4 or more years of Analytical Experience
  • Accounting Degree in Accounting or Finance (Economics) * Must Have
  • Advanced Excel skills * Must Have
  • Experience in the Home Building or the Real Estate industry* Must Have
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  •

  • Detailed and Organized
  •  

    Employment Type:

    Salary/Hourly: Up to 90K per year* Dependent on level of experience and qualifications
