Family Office Accountant

You are a good fit if:
Prior Family office accounting experience
General Accounting Experience
Strong communication skills
Degree required in Accounting
Experience handling AP, Expense reporting and Reconciliations
Responsibilities to include:
Bookkeeping and accounting services and assistance particularly to the family members and residences.
Record keeping, accounting, and reporting for various Family Trusts.
Review and process invoices and other bills for approval and payment.
Prepare checks as requested for payment of bills.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts.
Reconcile monthly bank and investment statements.
Prepare reports of receipts and disbursements.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare journal entries; special projects and reports as needed.
Analyze transactions to determine proper sales tax treatment.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting package.
This position will pay $25-$31/HR depending on resume and experience. Please apply today.
