We have an Executive Level Receptionist position open in Oklahoma City, OK.  Our client is seeking a highly organized, self-starter to support the executives at a large OKC corporation.  This position requires an individual that is resourceful and can take initiative to answer multi phone lines, greet guests, prepare for meetings, and various administrative projects.  Ideal candidates will be professional in every aspect, have excellent communications skills and a high attention to detail.  Pay will range between $13-$14.50 based on experience.
Executive Level Receptionist responsibilities include:

  • Greet guests and answer phone in a professional manner
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and organization of front office
  • Document management and mail
  • Assist with any administrative projects

Qualifications of the Executive Level Receptionist include:

  • Very professional in all communication including verbal and written
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with initiative and follow-up
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with various executive level personalities
  • Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience
  • College degree preferred
