Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper

Accounting Principals is working with a Consumer Products company to fill a permanent Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper position. You would be joining a smaller, but close-knit and family-oriented team. We are searching for someone who has general bookkeeping experience, but who also has strong administrative experience. Please read on for additional details. 


  • Accounts Payable; Processing incoming invoices and preparing outbound payments 
  • Tracking shipments and communicating with warehouse staff
  • Maintain the corporate credit cards and process monthly statements
  • Administrative duties such as making copies, filing, scanning, and answering/directing phone calls 
  • Assist in calculating and process employee payroll and submitting to third party for processing
  • Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience Requirements 

  • 3+ years in general bookkeeping or Office Manager role 
  • Experience with AP, AR, and Administrative functions
  • Schedule: In-office in Brooklyn
