Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Executive Admin with C-level experience for a full-time position at a growing manufacturing company in Oklahoma City, OK. This is full-time, direct hire role that will support a high-level executive in daily functions.
This role will involve working with executive on various projects and back-up support for other Executive Admins. Primary tasks will involve calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, research and preparing reports. Ideal candidates will be skilled in problem solving, foresight and the ability to always have a contingency plan in place. Candidates must be analytical and able to research and compile data quickly. Excellent communication and listening skills are a must.
Analyze and prepare reports
Arrange travel and coordinate complex meetings
Prioritize information flow
Support other EA as needed
Minimum of 5 years experience working with C-Level executives in a large company setting
Above average skills in Office 365 including Word and Excel
Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
Exceptional organizational skills, follow through, and foresight
Able to prioritize and make decisions quickly
Keen listening skills
Able to maintain composure in stressful situations
Able to analyze data quickly and accurately
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Full-time, Direct Hire
$55-$60K annually plus bonus potential
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
