Accounting Principals is seeking an Executive Assistant to work for a large, reputable firm in financial services.  The successful candidate will be able to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced environment. Pay will be between $23-$25/hour, dependent upon experience.



Calendar management

Handle travel planning and logistics

Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence

Screen phone calls and facilitate client communication

Expense reports

Assist with billings

Support marketing by assisting with events and marketing materials

Ad-hoc projects

Other duties as assigned



High School Diploma or GED required

At least two years of administrative experience

Experience supporting executive level staff strongly preferred

Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office at a minimum of an intermediate level



Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to priorities and manage a busy workload

Effectively work in both a team environment and independently

Problem solving and analytical skills


Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
