Executive Assistant           Accounting Principals has an opening for an Executive Assistant who will provide support to the president, senior management, and board of directors of a well-established organization.  In this role you will conduct all strategic planning coordination.  Pay for this temp-to-hire position will be $60,000/year.  Once permanent, excellent benefits are also included!   Responsibilities:

  • Filing, sorting and distributing mail
  • Put together reports
  • Coordinate meetings and draft meeting minutes
  • Maintain policy manuals and other forms
  • Calendar management
  • Other duties as assigned
  •   Qualifications:
  • Must have 3-5 years of administrative experience with at least 2 years in an Executive role, supporting C-Suite level executives
  • Understanding of executive level interactions
  • A professional, polished business demeanor is required
  • College degree a strong plus
  •   Skills:
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prepare correspondence and memos using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar
  • Ability to work independently
