Excel Reporting Specialist
Our Client is currently in the process of hiring an Excel Reporting Specialist. This person needs to have at least one year of data-entry, reporting, and heavy excel experience. We will be conducting interviews over the next few weeks. The job is full-time, 40 hours a week, and is located in the St. Louis Metro
Job Duties:
-Input data into software programming system, sort data by department, send out emails to different managers and portray the information that was inputted into the system
Advanced Excel is a must – V-look ups, Pivot Tables
-Create reports for the managers and other departments
-Maintaining accurate data and getting appropriate results to managers in various departments
Qualifications:
-At least one year experience of data entry with excellent 10-key skills
-Advanced Excel Skills – Excel certified is a plus
-Analytical skills are needed
-Excellent communication skills
