At least 6 months - 1 year of accounting experience or supporting an accounting department.
Previous experience in the construction industry is needed
Strong attention to detail, Ability to multi-task, Organization skills,Team Player
Assist with invoicing and recording payments
Issue invoices to customers and external partners
Prepare bank deposits as well as financial records
Ensure accuracy of information
Assist with gathering time cards for payroll
Identify discrepancies and reconcile accounts
QuickBooks, Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
