Accounting Principals is seeking an Entry Level Accounting Assistant for a well-established company in Phoenix AZ.   Qualified individuals must have at least 1 year of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting.
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Accounts payable invoice coding
• Review vendor discount terms
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Set up new vendors
• Expense report coding
• Review of expense guidelines and policies
• Work on special projects and other related duties as assigned
