Our client is looking for a qualified Employee Services Center Analyst to join their team ASAP! The ESC Analyst provides excellent customer service to employees contacting the Employee Service Center. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of internal customer service servicing benefits/payroll experience and be available to start immediately!
Responsibilities of the ESC Analyst:
- Via email; answer internal questions regarding benefits, compensation programs, PTO, retirement and more
- Assist with onboarding and portal troubleshooting questions
- Assisting employees with address changes and payroll tax questions
- Re-direct employees to subject matter experts if necessary
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- 1+ year of human resources/payroll/benefits experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Taleo is preferred
