Dispute Analyst – Hiring Immediately!
We are partnering with a long-time financial services client in Tampa, seeking an experienced Senior Dispute Analyst to support the compliance department. The team is primarily responsible for resolving complaints from Financial Advisors and clients. Professional communication skills are a must, and you need to be able to stay on task independently. Responsibilities:
Review transaction to determine the appropriate network routing of the transaction and then ensure network re-presentment rules are met before submitting to the network for credit
Print out and review daily incoming documentation in response to chargeback notifications
Resolve 20-25 disputes per month that require in depth investigation and/or research
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of recent experience doing dispute resolution for a financial services institution OR
5+ years of financial services experience in general financial services industry
FINRA license, preferred
Ability to identify red flags and interact with a wide range of personality types
