Now seeking local AR Specialists!
Accounting Principals has partnered with a local tech company in need of help with their Accounts Receivable department.  The perfect candidate will have 1-3 years experience and is capable of handling high volume invoicing.

Pay: $18 - $25 Dependent upon experience

Location: Downtown Denver

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for performing accurate analysis and accomplishing timely completion of the data
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy as necessary in a timely manner
  • Responsible for completing any assigned projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents:

  • Associates Degree and/or 1-2 years equivalent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
  • Knowledge of computers and software systems including Internet and MS products
  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and skilled in finding and correcting errors in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials
  • Attend future webcasts/trainings as required

    Compensation: $18 - $25/hr
