Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Billing Clerk with auto dealership experience a full-time position at a well-established company in Oklahoma City, OK.  This is a contract-to-hire role that will focus primarily on billing and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming payments and dealer trades
  • Tracking vehicle purchases and maintaining accurate inventory
  • Calculate sales commissions
  • Log and post sales into accounting system
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies
  • Qualifications include:

  • Previous auto dealership experience preferred
  • Previous billing experience required
  • Skills:

  • Above average skills Excel
  • Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
  • Strong ten-key (At least 7,000 keystrokes per hour)
  • Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
  • Good customer service skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $17-$18 per hour USD
  • Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
