Accounting Principals is partnered with a large non-profit organization to fill a temporary to permanent Database Coordinator position. This position will be located in Brooklyn and will occasionally require some in-office work. You will be joining a busy, but very close knit team that needs your help! Reviewing incoming donations and processing in Raiser's Edge
Based on donation, coding to the correct project or program in Raiser's Edge
Preparing reports detailing incoming donations/gifts for upper management
Monitoring and updating fundraising database ensuring donor information is up to date
Coordinating mass mailings and perform related duties such as producing letters, creating informational packets, and coordinating fundraising projects
Reviewing project/program budget with accounting (Fiscal) team
Assisting with any ad-hoc accounting and development projects as requested; Assisting in fundraising events and coordination
Are there qualifications for this role?
Previous Raiser's Edge experience is necessary
Previous experience applying donations/gifts in Raiser's Edge is preferred
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
A positive, friendly, and hard working attitude!
