Accounting Principals is working with one of our long time clients in the retail industry looking to fill a Seasonal Data Entry job for the corporate office located in Alameda, CA. This position is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and have strengths in data entry with typing and 10-key. You will be responsible for data entry in the Accounts Payable department and supporting the team. You will ensure invoices are documented properly, have the proper approval, scanning, filing, and assist on other duties as assigned.
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills (fast & accurate)
- Experience in Accounts Payable would be preferred
- Team player, cooperative, and coachable
- Attention to detail, efficient, and organized
- Solid communications (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Experience: 1 year of Accounts Payable experience preferred
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00
Employment Type: Temporary (2 - 3 months)
