Data Entry Specialist
Ajilon is currently seeking a talented individual to join a team of hard working winners for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a local business in Tempe, AZ. As a contract-to-hire role this is a perfect opportunity for someone with a little homegrown technical skills and a good attitude to transition into a back office role.
The Data Entry Specialist would be responsible for the recording and accuracy verification of information entered into the system. The Data Entry Specialist may at times also need to communicate between other teams and vendors to ensure the accuracy of the information being entered into the system. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual that is both quick at typing and tech-savvy as the role is independent and may require some degree of troubleshooting to resolve issues with programs or information.
Record and verify information into the correct enterprise resource program
Run quality verification checks on existing information packets to verify accuracy
Assist other departments as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
Capable of working independently for long periods of time
One year of Data Entry or Office Work
