Data Entry Clerk – Phoenix, AZ

Accounting Principal is looking to fill a data entry role for one of our clients in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an on-site contract role with possibility of extension. Our ideal candidate has high attention to detail, experience navigating multiple applications effectively and 1+ years of data entry/clerical/administrative experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm


  • Performing data entry tasks associated with copying information from documents and other systems into client’s applications
  • Entering data into appropriate fields
  • Processing provider data within an expected timeline while meeting accuracy and production targets
  • Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Good clerical skills and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience navigating multiple applications effectively and experience using dual computer screens
  • Ability to multitask
